Navi
Navi is a mobile application interface designed for planning and guiding road trips. Navi creates a custom itinerary from the travel details and preferences entered by the traveler. The mobile application acts as a central hub and synchronizes with an autonomous electric car and smart goggles. The smart goggles provide augmented reality navigation and information overlays. Real time data allows Navi to adapt routes and to send alerts about interesting places nearby. All bookings are managed in one place to reduce planning effort.
Navi Interface by Ziqi Liu was identified as a creative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award. Navi Interface won the Iron A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2025. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that recognizes outstanding design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
