No Screw
No Screw is a luggage lock designed for efficient assembly and easy maintenance. The lock has two split parts: a lock body and an anti reverse base shell, joined without screws. The locking component slides onto the base shell for quick and secure installation, which supports automation in production. An accompanying disassembly handle separates the two parts, so maintenance needs no tools and no professional help. Over 80 percent of the lock is made from lightweight ABS, which resists impact and wear and adds little weight for travelers.
No Screw Lock by YiF Lock Company Limited was identified as an outstanding illustration of service design by the A' Design Award & Competition. No Screw Lock was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Design Quality and Innovation in 2025.
