Pavilion
The Pavilion project is poised to set new standards for architecture in Erbil. The design team created functional and calming spaces using eco-friendly materials and sustainable practices. The project includes a beautiful lagoon and social spaces, fostering community interaction and engagement, alongside needed residential areas. The design reflects local culture and international standards. Large, open spaces let in natural light and fresh air, while strategically placed greenery enhances well-being. Energy-efficient systems and renewable sources minimize the environmental impact.
Pavilion Large Scale Development by Dome+Partners has been identified as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Pavilion Large Scale Development received the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2025. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which honors exceptional design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
