Coastal
This architectural villa redefines modern living with its sculptural, flowing rooflines and seamless fusion of luxury and nature. It seamlessly integrates with nature through lush tropical landscaping and biophilic elements like greenery on terraces. Many modern homes incorporate landscaping as an afterthought, but here, lush greenery is an integral part of the design, cascading from terraces and blending the house into its surroundings. This creates a biophilic connection that most contemporary homes lack. Also, this design embraces earthy-toned plaster, natural stone, and warm wood accents.
Coastal Private Villa by Diachok Architects was highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Coastal Private Villa earned the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which honors exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
