Drawing inspiration from architectural rhythm, it merges classic refinement with modern craftsmanship. Precision-cut and hand-finished surfaces ensure a smooth texture, while hidden connection points provide structural integrity, creating the illusion of floating shelves and enhancing the design’s refined aesthetic.
Focal Bookcase by Yilmaz Dogan was featured as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Focal Bookcase was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2025. The A' Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which rewards excellent design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
