One Verdi Park
One Verdi Park is a mixed-use development in Bucharest, Romania. The two towers contain apartments, offices and retail spaces, with a total constructed area of 42470 square meters. The structure is made of reinforced concrete pillars and beams. The facade uses a ventilated system with a white fiber cement finish, and high-performance glazing improves acoustic and thermal performance. A sky garden and a retail platform connect the two towers. Green terraces and shared spaces support interaction between residents and workers.
One Verdi Park Residential Development by X Architecture & Engineering Consult has been selected as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. One Verdi Park Residential Development was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which recognizes outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
