Central Mansion
Central Mansion is a residential housing project built in Hainan. The project covers 128600 square metres and is arranged as two clusters joined by a landscape life axis, forming a plan of one axis and multiple clusters. A community theme garden offers shared outdoor space for all ages. High-rise areas shape the facade image along the urban expressway, while multi-storey areas support quieter private living. Facades use beige coarse sand stone paint with champagne aluminium panels that recall the coconut trees of Hainan.
Central Mansion Residential House by Tianhua Architecture has been identified as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Central Mansion Residential House received the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2025. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade which recognizes outstanding design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
