Alzcare
Alzcare is a mobile app designed to support Alzheimer's caregivers with daily care tools, AI powered guidance, and community resources. Its user experience and features were thoughtfully designed to simplify caregivers' daily tasks like medication and symptom tracking, and also to enhance patient safety and foster family collaboration. With an accessible, soothing user experience and interface design, Alzcare eases caregiving challenges, reducing stress and isolation. By combining technology with empathy, it empowers caregivers to provide informed, compassionate care.
Alzcare Mobile Application by Yueling (Linda) Lai has been highlighted as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Alzcare Mobile Application was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design in 2025. The A' Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program which rewards outstanding design of smartphones, tablets, wearables, mobile applications, mobile games, mobile software, mobile platforms, mobile interfaces and more.
