Terra Bolaman
Terra Bolaman is a hotel and cultural complex located in Bolaman, a historic coastal settlement in northern Turkey. The project covers 6605 square metres and includes guest rooms, a spa, pools, an amphitheatre, exhibition areas and stepped public platforms. Reinforced concrete, exposed steel and locally sourced stone form the structure. Stepped terraces follow the steep cliffs and support open spans and natural ventilation. The design refers to the Genoese heritage of the site and links its historical layers with contemporary spatial planning.
Terra Bolaman Hotel by Reacto Architect & Design was recognized as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Terra Bolaman Hotel earned the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2026. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize which rewards outstanding design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
