Prestige Life
Prestige Life is an office and commercial complex located in Seyhan, Adana, Turkey. The building stands on a plot of 2835 square meters and has a total construction area of 3500 square meters, arranged over a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors. The structure is reinforced concrete, and the facade uses precast concrete panels. Large glazing units bring in daylight, while vertical sunshades reduce heat gain. The ground floor forms a continuous pedestrian route with commercial units, and a bridge links the upper floors. Terraces and courtyards support light and interaction.
Prestige Life Office Complex by Reacto Architect & Design was featured as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Prestige Life Office Complex earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2026. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition that rewards superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
