Residencial Monte Lussari

The project is conceived as a contemporary residential complex set on a corner site within a wooded mountain landscape. Two elegant volumes with pitched roofs reinterpret alpine architecture through clean lines, refined proportions, and a restrained material palette. A central garden with curved paths connects the buildings and shared spaces, strengthening the relationship between architecture and nature. The facades combine mineral surfaces, large glazed openings, and wood accents, creating a balance of solidity, warmth, and sophistication while enhancing light, privacy, and views.

Residencial Monte Lussari Residential Complex by Torres Arquitetos has been recognized as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Residencial Monte Lussari Residential Complex earned the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2026. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that recognizes outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
