Chromatophore
Chromatophore harmonizes the spontaneous beauty of natural gemstones with precise craftsmanship. Crafted in 18K yellow gold, it features 392 pave set stones, including rare Alexandrite and Bekily Blue Garnet, some as small as 1.0 mm. Each CAD designed setting was secured by artisans with exact control. Black rhodium minimizes metal presence, enhancing brilliance, while a hinged clasp and dual pins ensure comfort and stability.
Chromatophore Brooch by Mayu Tsutsumi has been selected as a creative representation of fashion design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Chromatophore Brooch was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2026. The A' Jewelry Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that honors excellent design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
