Ogushi Dental Care
Ogushi Dental Care is an interior design for a dental clinic in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The project renovates a 100-ping space within an existing building. A recessed entry with landscaping and filtered glazing brings in daylight while protecting privacy. Six private treatment rooms are named after the five elements and the sun. A raised floor conceals plumbing and electrical systems and improves accessibility. The sterilization room uses a one-in, one-out flow to reduce cross-contamination. Materials include wood veneer, natural marble, textured stone paint and woven carpet.
Ogushi Dental Care Healthcare Clinic by Joy Chen has been selected as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Ogushi Dental Care Healthcare Clinic was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design award that celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
