Enclave
Due to the aesthetics and expectations of the owners, the garden was planned as an enclave in the middle of the city. What seemed like a challenge at first ultimately turned out to be an advantage. The garden includes a multi level area with several relaxation zones amidst greenery. There are several terraces in the immediate vicinity of the house. In one of them, amidst the silence and sound of water, the owner reads books and in the next one, the whole family feasts over dinner. In summer, the family's life moves to the swimming pool area.
Enclave Garden by Paulina Jonczyk was recognized as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Enclave Garden won the Iron A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2026. The A' Landscape Planning and Garden Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize that rewards exceptional design of landscape designs, public parks, residential gardens, urban plazas, campus designs, green roofs, waterfront developments, Eco-Parks, botanical gardens and more.
