Global Keepsake
Global Keepsake is a packaging design created for solar powered portable power stations. The structure, materials, and cost of the original package remain unchanged. Original illustrations of global landmarks add a cultural narrative and collectible value. The flip top can be torn off and reused as bookmarks and as a do it yourself album, so the package can be kept after unboxing. Printing uses soy based ink and standard offset processes. The modular illustration system can be scaled across a product series, extending the life of packaging that is usually discarded.
Global Keepsake Packaging by Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy Co.,Ltd was highlighted as a creative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Global Keepsake Packaging earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2026. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which rewards superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
