ARC Residence
This residence in Curitiba is a contemporary interpretation of Brazilian Natural architecture that blends clean volumetry, natural materials and calibrated light. The design responds creatively to a steep site, creating fluid indoor outdoor continuity and layered living levels. Movable muxarabis, exposed concrete slats and Nuvolato marble give identity, while integrated landscape and smart, solar based systems ensure comfort and sustainability.
ARC Residence House by Caroline Andrusko was selected as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. ARC Residence House earned the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2026. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade that recognizes outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
