Tux
TUX is a mobile ordering application developed for a quick-service Mexican restaurant brand, designed to create a seamless and personalized pickup experience. The platform enables customers to browse curated menu selections, build customized burritos and bowls, enhance meals with add-ons such as queso and guacamole, and complete orders efficiently through an intuitive interface. In addition to food ordering, the application integrates rewards, catering services, gift cards, and location-based store information, including hours, distance, and directions.
Tux Mobile Application by Smita Pawa has been recognized as a grand illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Tux Mobile Application earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2027. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program that rewards exceptional design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
