With the gradual maturity of aesthetics and the aesthetic changes of human, the modern style that highlights self and individuality has become the important elements of design. This case is a restaurant, the designer want to create a youthful space experience for consumers. Light blue, grey and green plants create rnatural comfort and casualness for the space. The chandelier made by hand-woven rattan and metal explains the collision between human and nature, showing the vitality of the whole restaurant.
Yucoo Restaurant by Ren Xiaoyu was highlighted as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Yucoo Restaurant won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
