Vacation Villa
Vacation Villa is a residential interior design located in a valley in Chongqing, China, with a total area of 750 square meters. The basement was rebuilt as a public activity hall facing the best landscape view, and a garden was created on the roof of the basement. A central patio and several light wells bring natural light and fresh air into all interior spaces. Eleven bedroom suites were arranged to offer wide views, daylight and ventilation. A rectangular pavilion in the garden frames the scenery and links the interior with the natural surroundings.
Vacation Villa Residence by Ruixue Liang was featured as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Vacation Villa Residence won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
