Huafa Hills
Huafa Hills is a luxury residential development in Zhuhai, China. The project comprises 110 villas and 852 residential units on a site of 213,900 square metres. The villas are three storeys high and the residential towers are seventeen storeys high. The site is surrounded by mountains on three sides, which creates a private setting. The facades follow a contemporary classic French style and are clad mainly in beige granite to blend with the natural surroundings. An extensive water feature and lush greenery form the centre of the master plan.
Huafa Hills Residential Development by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. has been identified as an outstanding example of service design by the A' Design Awards. Huafa Hills Residential Development received the Golden A' Design Award in Luxury Design in 2020. The A' Luxury Design Award is a highly prestigious international design award that honors exceptional design of yachts, private jets, High-End watches, luxury cars, designer handbags, opulent jewelry, bespoke furniture, couture fashion and more.
