Simple Refined
Simple Refined is an office interior design of 297 square meters located in Shanghai, China. Black, white and grey form the base tone, with warm raw wood texture and orange and red tones used as accents. A mirror in the office area enlarges the sense of space, and a television hidden behind the mirror keeps the surfaces clean. The meeting room offers privacy, while a large glass window brings daylight and outside views into the space. A recreational area with a red bear element gives employees a place to rest.
Simple Refined Office by Yue Meng has been recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Simple Refined Office won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
