Fine Club
Yuanfang Fine Club is a real estate sales office in Beijing that also serves as a club for urban life. The interior covers 745 square meters. Design elements are taken from the theme of a seaside vacation and arranged in a regular form that links the spaces. Areas for vacation experience, food culture, art, children and a bar with afternoon tea are combined. A large fish tank forms the reception desk. Wave patterned wood, wave patterned floor paint, arc shaped lines and soft tones replace sharp edges. The intent is to offer many life scenes in one place.
Fine Club Commercial Space by JSD SPACE DESIGN has been highlighted as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award.
