Nanjing Merchants Yongning House

Nanjing Yongning House is a sales office interior located in Pukou District, Nanjing. The space covers about 23680 square feet and includes a sand table area and a negotiation hall. Restraint guides both the design methods and the material selection. Kedding wood surfaces, titanium-plated stainless steel and marble are used. Refined metal is inlaid into columns and wall lamps through jointing. A metal cell structure orders the irregular areas and forms a transparent composition of void and solid. Empty space is kept to support the relation between people and space.

Nanjing Merchants Yongning House Sales Office by Hui Ouyang has been highlighted as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Nanjing Merchants Yongning House Sales Office earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
