Vividness
Vividness is a residential interior design for a 276 square meter home in Shanghai, China. The layout guides movement smoothly between rooms and frames views of the outdoor trees. Walls and ceilings in the public area are finished with white boards and lattices, and the floors use fine marble with black lines. Walnut wood lines the walls beside the spiral staircase and matches a chandelier with crystal spheres. Wooden doors between the living room and the tea room open to join both spaces or close for separate use.
Vividness Residential Apartment by Chen Chuan Tang has been selected as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Vividness Residential Apartment was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020.
