Gentle Messages
Gentle Messages is an office interior design for a design studio in Taipei City. The 100 square meter space is arranged in a light industrial style to reduce the formal business feel and to create a calm and comfortable atmosphere similar to working at home. Separate areas are provided for reception, guest meetings, a meeting room, office seating, storage and rest. Tiles and metal trims form the partition lines, and oriented strand board is used as a raw finish. Large white surfaces, marble patterns and natural light keep the open layout clear.
Gentle Messages Office by YU Design Lab was highlighted as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Gentle Messages Office received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
