Pah Ji Hue
Pah Ji Hue is a packaging series created for Taiwan classic tea and Taiwan fruit tea. A round iron can holds the fruit tea, which is combined with dried fruit, and the top of the can is convex through modeling. A paper box holds the classic tea and carries simple illustrations in an urban style. A wooden box brings both product types together and can also be used as a storage box. All packages are produced by offset print, with different printing layers on the surfaces. The series presents tea tasting in a calm and simple manner.
Pah Ji Hue Package by Chung-Yuan Kuo has been highlighted as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Award. Pah Ji Hue Package received the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2020. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which recognizes excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
