Jinwan Huafa International
Jinwan Huafa International is a mixed-use development in the Jinwan District of Zhuhai. The project covers a site of about 50,750 square meters and is divided into a commercial district and a residential district. The commercial district holds a pair of gateway towers, 200 meters and 100 meters high, containing a hotel, offices, business apartments and retail space. Five residential towers, each 54 meters high, stand around a central garden. The tower forms are inspired by an aerodynamic wing shape, reflecting the local aviation industry.
Jinwan Huafa International Business Center by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. has been identified as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Jinwan Huafa International Business Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2020. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award which celebrates superior design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
