Fresh Blood Dg Youth
Fresh Blood DG Youth is a cultural exhibition held in Dongguan, China. The exhibition presents six local exhibitors under the theme of fresh supply of cultural innovation. The layout is arranged like a vegetable market, with rotating vegetable lamps placed above rows of peddler tables. Six local foods represent the identity of the six exhibitors. Because the venue could not hold the original works, A5 leaflets were die cut into food shapes, such as a roast goose, and printed with texts and images. The largest paper bag measures 340 by 380 millimeters.
Fresh Blood Dg Youth Cultural exhibition by Ruikang Xie has been selected as an outstanding illustration of service design by the A' Design Awards. Fresh Blood Dg Youth Cultural exhibition won the Bronze A' Design Award in Event and Happening Design in 2021. The A' Event and Happening Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that honors excellent design of trade fairs, award ceremonies, festivals, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, product launches, charity events and more.
