Kidney Assist Transporter

Kidney Assist Transporter is a medical device for the preservation and transport of donor organs. The system provides oxygenated machine perfusion during preconditioning, preservation and reconditioning. Continuous perfusion flow with 100 percent oxygen supports organ quality. Double ice units with improved insulation give stronger and longer cooling. An LED supported interface makes operation logical and intuitive. All functional parts, including the oxygen gas container, are integrated into one compact and sturdy unit that is safe during transport.

Kidney Assist Transporter Preservation and Transport of Organs received the Silver A' Design Award in Medical Devices and Medical Equipment Design in 2021. The A' Medical Devices and Medical Equipment Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which honors outstanding design of stethoscopes, wheelchairs, defibrillators, MRI machines, surgical instruments, prosthetics, ultrasound devices, pacemakers and more.
