Roboangio
Roboangio is an interventional robotic system used in vascular interventional surgery. The system delivers and manipulates guidewires and catheters remotely. A master-slave control solution allows physicians to stay away from the radiation environment while keeping complete control. An adjustable gantry attaches to a surgical table when needed and is removed when not in use. The control console has two operating rods that reproduce the feel of traditional practice, so existing surgical skills remain useful. Shielding uses lead panels and lead glass.

Roboangio Interventional Robotic System won the Silver A' Design Award in Medical Devices and Medical Equipment Design in 2024. The A' Medical Devices and Medical Equipment Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize which honors exceptional design of stethoscopes, wheelchairs, defibrillators, MRI machines, surgical instruments, prosthetics, ultrasound devices, pacemakers and more.
