Gatorade Rookie Bottle

Gatorade Rookie Bottle is an insulated stainless steel water bottle designed for young athletes. The reduced size is easier for children to hold and drink from. A built-in carrying handle supports mobility, and a dent-resistant shell protects the bottle when dropped. A leak-proof straw cap limits spills. The double-wall stainless steel interior provides more than 24 hours of insulation. The design was developed with feedback from parents and youth athletes, who identified mobility, durability and cleanability as the main needs.

Gatorade Rookie Bottle Stainless Steel Bottle by PepsiCo Design and Innovation was highlighted as a grand illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Gatorade Rookie Bottle Stainless Steel Bottle received the Silver A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2025. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which celebrates excellent design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
