Recruitment Branding
Recruitment Communication is a visual identity created for a technology company intern recruitment campaign. The main visual shows a figure beside a central sphere, while ripples stand for the growing influence of individuals in the digital age. Concept sketches were prepared in Photoshop and Illustrator, three-dimensional elements and scenes were built in Cinema 4D, and the animated version was edited in After Effects. The layout adapts to social media, websites and large printed posters. The design presents the recruitment process clearly to young job seekers.
Recruitment Branding Promotion by 5 Senses Design was identified as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Recruitment Branding Promotion was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2025. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which recognizes outstanding design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
