Jackery Nexus
Jackery Nexus is a smart packaging system for consumer electronics. NFC and RFID tags are embedded into standard boxes, turning packaging into a digital interface. Logistics tracking, batch inventory, authentication, and lifecycle data are managed through a cloud platform. Users reach digital manuals, augmented reality content, and product information by tapping the box with a phone. The system works within existing production processes, so packaging serves as a long term service channel rather than a disposable container.
Jackery Nexus Smart Digital Packaging by Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy Co.,Ltd has been recognized as a creative illustration of service design by the A' Design Award.
