The Dew Teapot

The Dew

The Dew is a teapot made of glass and stainless steel. The brewing method is inspired by the traditional Italian coffee maker. Tea leaves are placed in the upper chamber. When The Dew is turned upside down, air pressure moves the liquid from the upper part to the lower part. The tea leaves stay in the upper part, so the lower part becomes the serving pot. The screws are characteristically placed to complete an industrial sensibility. A negative corner-space forms a handy hook.
