Full Moon
Full Moon is a social media advertisement created for Guinness. The visual was published in Facebook and Instagram feeds and stories on Halloween night in 2020, when a rare blue moon was visible around the world. The image was produced through retouching and photo manipulation in Adobe Photoshop. High resolution moon references, brand images and beer textures were combined in layers to form a single picture. The intention was to join a global conversation with a simple link between the moon and a glass of beer.
Full Moon Social Ad by Fabiano Dalmácio was featured as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Full Moon Social Ad earned the Silver A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2021. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award that rewards superior design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
